WebAug 9, 2010 · This Sat we plan to do a shuttle ride of Mt Rose Meadows, Tahoe Rim Trail, and wanted to hear opinions on these options. All are intermediate and up and we would like a 3-4 hour ride. Hoping to maximize downhill, enjoy some scenery and ride singletrack (don't we all). Option 1. WebAug 1, 2024 · Access: Most mountain bikers choose a point-to-point ride on the Flume. Shuttles and bike rentals are available through Tunnel Creek Station off of Why 28 in Incline Village. The Flume Trail connects to the Tahoe Rim Trail to the north at Mount Rose Summit and the North Canyon Creek Trail to the south, which eventually reaches Spooner Summit.

No need to shuttle IMO. My favorite route is from Tahoe Meadows. TRT all the way to Marlette, to Flume to Tunnels to TRT, and back to Tahoe Meadows. 30 miles. About an hour more plus driving time.
