The more competitive matches you win, the higher your rating will be, and naturally, losing decreases your rating. WebCasual MMR doesn't mean much at all, and isn't reflective of skill very much. For years, casual MMR has been consistently higher for all players than ranked (like 500+ points higher). So having a casual MMR of 2000 back in Season 14 for example would really just be like a champ 2/3 level player, not a pro-level player like 2000 ranked MMR would be.
